DESCRIPTION:    \nThe MMTrant Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit established in memory of Mary M. Trant who passed away unexpectedly in 2021 at 21 years old. She was an enthusiastically driven nursing student with comforting caring abilities that put many patients at ease while in her care. Mary believed helping others was her life’s purpose; she was excited to share her empathic approach to nursing and gifts of healing with the world. Her remarkable compassion and commitment during the challenging times of the 2020 pandemic left an indelible mark on all who knew her. Through our foundation\, we aim to perpetuate Mary’s dream of healing and helping by empowering the next generation of nurses..   \nSince our inception in 2021\, the MMTrant Foundation has proudly allocated over $18\,000 in scholarships to high school seniors and contributed a $50\,000 endowment to a local nursing university. Additionally\, we’ve supported our frontline heroes with numerous care packages\, thanks to the generous contributions from our supporters. \nPlease join us Thursday June 13\, 2024* from 5-10pm on ‘The Greens’ of Lynnfield-Marketstreet. Our family-friendly public charity event will feature MANY generous raffles\, delicious food from numerous supportive MarketStreet restaurants\, a Beer Garden\, Amateur’s Cornhole Tournament (advance sign-up required via EventBrite) ..and of course\, great company! \nThank you for your interest and support in helping us increase our contributions to both the nursing and broader medical communities.
